I work with CFOs and finance leaders to bring centralized ownership, cadence, and visibility to international statutory reporting and global compliance processes, reducing regulatory risk and audit fire drills without adding permanent headcount.
Senior international controllership support to stabilize multi-entity accounting operations and ensure statutory reporting stays aligned with HQ expectations.
Centralized ownership of the statutory reporting calendar, vendor coordination, and executive visibility to reduce compliance drift across jurisdictions.
A structured diagnostic to identify overdue filings, at-risk jurisdictions, vendor gaps, and the highest-priority remediation actions.
Targeted cleanup of overdue filings and regulatory issues, coordinating in-country providers and auditors to restore cadence and reduce risk.
Experience across publicly traded and global organizations operating in highly regulated environments.
My mission is to bring structure and accountability to global finance operations that have outgrown their current operating model. As organizations scale internationally, statutory reporting and close processes often become fragmented across vendors, countries, and teams—creating hidden compliance risk, audit fire drills, and operational drag.
I focus on serving CFOs and finance leaders who need centralized ownership of international statutory reporting without adding permanent headcount. By acting as an orchestration layer across in-country providers, auditors, and HQ teams, I help organizations regain control over global compliance, reduce regulatory risk, and build finance operating models that scale with international growth.
I am a global finance operations leader with over two decades of experience building and operating finance functions across complex, multi-entity, international environments. My work sits at the intersection of international controllership, statutory reporting governance, and global close coordination—where fragmentation, vendor sprawl, and compliance drift create material risk for CFOs and their organizations.
Most recently, I served as Director of International Finance at Axon Enterprise (Nasdaq: AXON), where I led international statutory reporting and global entity management across multiple jurisdictions, supporting the company’s international expansion. While the month-end close for these entities was owned by a centralized U.S. team, I was responsible for the international statutory reporting operating model and coordination across in-country providers, Big 4 auditors, and local firms to bring structure, cadence, and accountability to global statutory processes.
Previously, at Myriad Genetics (Nasdaq: MYGN), I led international statutory reporting and compliance across global entities, supporting the ongoing operation and governance of Myriad’s international footprint and ensuring alignment between local statutory requirements and HQ reporting needs.
Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Evalueserve, supporting Fortune 500 companies, investment banks, and multinational corporations in building scalable, data-driven finance and analytics capabilities in globally distributed environments.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Science in Accounting, and an Executive MBA, along with executive education in M&A integration, private equity investing, strategic leadership, and negotiations.
Across these roles, I have consistently been brought in to stabilize fragmented global finance operations, remediate statutory reporting risk, and help organizations build operating models that scale with international growth.
